Grace has been involved in environmental planning and policy consensus work since 1993, and has been a professional facilitator and mediator since 2001. She brings to the table strong process skills & the tools necessary for safe & collaborative processes. 

When necessary, Grace utilizes the skills and expertise of other professionals to provide the team best suited to the needs of each project, whether it is a group processes or a workshop.
